Art Without Rules: The Story Behind The Untamed Workshop
Every piece I make starts with the same thought — what if I don’t follow the rules this time?
The Untamed Workshop was born out of that exact mindset: a refusal to fit inside the lines. I’ve always been drawn to things that clash — raw wood and spray paint, clean engraving lines and chaotic colour bursts. It’s the tension between craft and street that keeps me creating.
What started as a handful of scrap wood and a laser engraver has grown into a playground for bold ideas — graffiti-style wall art, deck boards, keychains, magnets, and more. Each piece is handmade in Eastbourne, inspired by the grit of the streets and the calm of the coast. There’s something about salt air and concrete that makes sense together, you know?
My process is simple: I mix traditional techniques with a rebellious twist. A little chaos, a lot of craftsmanship. I use Montana spray paints, bold colour palettes, and raw textures to make sure every item has its own attitude — never mass-produced, never timid.
The Untamed Workshop isn’t just about art. It’s about freedom. About giving yourself permission to make something loud, imperfect, and honest. Because real art doesn’t whisper — it leaves paint under your nails and sawdust on the floor.
So, whether you pick up a wall clock, a graffiti magnet, or a piece of deck art — you’re not just buying something pretty. You’re taking home a bit of that untamed energy that started this whole thing.
Welcome to The Untamed Workshop.
