Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to love what you buy, but if you change your mind:

• Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return for non-custom items.

• Once approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• You’re responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

If your item is faulty or damaged, I’ll cover the return postage and either replace or refund you in full.
